Iain has a developing practice in employment law acting for Claimants and Respondents in claims for unfair dismissal and in TUPE claims. He provides representation at pre-hearing reviews, case management discussions and employment tribunals. Iain also has a paperwork practice which includes advising on all aspects of liability and quantum.

 

 

 

Iain was awarded the University of East Anglia’s Arthur Miller Scholarship in 2003 and the University of East Anglia’s Award for Best Overall Performance on the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2006.

 

Iain is married and recently had his first child. In his spare time he enjoys stand-up comedy and playing the guitar.
