Azreen Mussa has spent many years successfully practising family law. Her robust approach is welcomed by solicitors as is her ability to deal sensitively with clients with a range of mental health difficulties, her knowledge of mental health having been augmented by her Court of Protection practice.
Areas of practice
- Care: representing Local Authorities, parents (including those lacking capacity through the Official Solicitor), grandparents and the guardian in care/supervision/special guardianship proceedings, in particular cases where there are serious allegations of physical and sexual abuse.
- Private law children: applications for child arrangement orders, prohibited steps orders and specific issue orders including applications to remove from the jurisdiction on a temporary and permanent basis to Hague and Non – Hague Convention countries.

- Injunctions/Enforcement proceedings: including committals.
In addition to instructions from solicitors Azreen accepts instructions from members of the public on a direct access basis.
