“We instructed Ms Claire Gould to represent our client in Private Children Act proceedings Final Hearing. I must say she got an excellent result for the client. It was contested proceedings and Ms Gould got an outstanding outcome for the client. Both we the instructing solicitors, and the client were very happy with Ms Gould’s performance and the outcome she obtained for the client. Thanks to her, this Father is going to have meaningful contact with his children and be involved in their lives. Ms Gould’s position statement she prepared for the Hearing was also excellent, detailed and to the point. Overall we were extremely happy with her and will most certainly be instructing her again in the future with no hesitation.”
“Ms Gould was very thorough in her preparations, prepared a concise and accurate position statement, build a good rapport with my client, and achieved a very positive outcome at the Hearing.
