Guy was previously the leader of the Employment Team, before becoming leader of the Commercial Team, and employment law is a central part of his practice. As a chartered accountant Guy understands how business work and has a natural feel for figures.
Guy has experience of all types of Employment hearings and has been to the EAT on a number of occasions.

Guy represents both claimants and respondents in employment claims. He carries out work for members of the public on a direct access basis in appropriate cases, as well as from solicitors by way of traditional referrals.
Guy has represented individuals, as well small and large businesses at every level up to and including a number of appearances in the Court of Appeal.
