Polly Low is a very experienced and specialised child care lawyer. Polly joined Chambers in Spring 2017, after 25 years as an employed barrister working as a local authority childcare lawyer. She advises and represents local authorities, guardians, parents, children and other relatives. Her approach is friendly, pragmatic and efficient.

Polly acts in public law proceedings for emergency protection orders and interim care orders, case management hearings, issues resolution hearings and final hearings.
Polly accepts instructions from local authorities, guardians and private individuals, through solicitors, other professionals and under the public access scheme.
