Terry was a practising civil engineer  for many years. Amongst other areas of his practice as an engineer Terry was involved  in the design of many structures including bridges.  Since becoming a lawyer, Terry has become an experienced contract and professional negligence  lawyer with particular interests in construction  law, Party Wall Act litigation, arbitration and adjudication.

  • Commercial & construction law: non-litigious and contentious work, particularly in the construction and engineering sectors, including allegations of professional negligence by construction professionals and commercial solicitors
  • Arbitration: as arbitrator and as representative
